Scholes Junior and Infant School

Fundraising 2018/2019

This last academic year, FOSS have been busy raising funds for more projects around the school.

There has been:

• 2 film nights, one for each key stage
• 3 discos, Halloween, Christmas and Easter
• 2 Bags2School collections
• Easter Coffee Morning & Walk
• And last but not least the School Carnival, where we raised a fantastic amount of £2,300!

The money raised throughout the year and previous years, benefit your children and Scholes School in several ways including;

• Book bags for our new starters
• Panto productions (in school)
• Class trips subsidies
• Gifts at Christmas
• Ice Cream (last day of term)
• Y6 Leavers party
• Gardening supplies

And not forgetting the purchase of the trim trail which cost £8,750 – see attached images from the opening of the trim trail!
